We were commissioned by American Express in 2006 to work on a new microsite and print campaign to promote the Platinum Business FreedomPass Credit Card to the LGBT community.

 

This was the first digital project specifically geared towards gay and lesbian small business owners that combined the two most important parts of their world – their business and their lifestyle.

THE MICROSITE

Tastefully Executed

 

PaintBox Labs developed tastefully executed creative, including original music and photography, that did not pander to gay and lesbian stereotypes, but showed the reality of their affluent lifestyle, which includes the heightened options, e.g. travel, afforded by having high entrepreneurial incomes, and/or dual incomes, often without the typical family expenses of children.
